RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY .

1. Refunds or exchanges are not available for equipment that was purchased as part of a promotional package that included a free training course. Once the package has been purchased, both the equipment and training course are considered to be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before making a final decision.

3. Due to the limited availability of our free training courses, equipment purchased as part of a promotion that includes a training course cannot be refunded or exchanged."
