At Q8 Kiteboarding, we provide kiteboarding training, trial sessions, courses, and selected products. Please read our policy before booking or purchasing.

في Q8 Kiteboarding، نقدم حصص تدريب كايت بورد، دورات، تجارب، وبعض المنتجات. يرجى قراءة السياسة قبل الحجز أو الشراء.

Training Sessions & Courses | الحصص والدورات التدريبية

All kiteboarding bookings are scheduled based on instructor availability and weather conditions.
جميع الحجوزات التدريبية يتم تنسيقها حسب توفر المدرب وحالة الطقس.

Return Window & Conditions | شروط الاسترجاع

Refund policy for training:

• All training bookings are non-refundable after confirmation.
• Rescheduling is allowed only based on weather conditions or availability.
• If the weather is not suitable, the session will be rescheduled to another suitable day.
• If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the session, the session may be counted as used.
• If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be counted as used.
• Training equipment is included during the session only.

سياسة الاسترداد للحصص التدريبية:

• جميع الحجوزات التدريبية غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تأكيد الحجز.
• يمكن إعادة الجدولة فقط حسب حالة الطقس أو توفر المواعيد.
• في حال كان الجو غير مناسب، يتم ترحيل الحصة ليوم آخر مناسب.
• في حال الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من موعد الحصة، قد تُحتسب الحصة.
• في حال التأخر أكثر من 15 دقيقة، قد تُحتسب الحصة.
• معدات التدريب مشمولة أثناء الحصة فقط.

Physical Products | المنتجات

For physical products purchased from Q8 Kiteboarding:

• Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery or collection
• Return method: Return via delivery or in-person drop-off
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Used, damaged, opened, or worn items cannot be returned
• Customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

بالنسبة للمنتجات التي يتم شراؤها من Q8 Kiteboarding:

• مدة الاسترجاع: 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام
• طريقة الإرجاع: عن طريق الشحن أو التسليم المباشر
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية ومع التغليف الأصلي
• لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة أو المفتوحة أو التي تم ارتداؤها
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة الإرجاع إلا في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ في الطلب
• يتم معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد الفحص والموافقة
• قد يستغرق استرداد المبلغ 5–10 أيام عمل حسب بوابة الدفع
