✔ Payment or participation confirms acceptance of these Training Terms & Conditions.
✔ يُعتبر سداد الرسوم أو المشاركة في التدريب موافقة على شروط وأحكام التدريب.

✔ Safety & Training Standards | السلامة ومعايير التدريب

✔ Kiteboarding is an outdoor watersport that involves inherent risks. Participants are required to follow all instructor safety instructions at all times.
✔ الكايت بورد رياضة مائية خارجية تتضمن مخاطر طبيعية ملازمة للنشاط، ويلتزم المتدرب باتباع جميع تعليمات السلامة الصادرة من المدرب في جميع الأوقات.

✔ The instructor may suspend, postpone, or terminate training if weather conditions, safety factors, or the instructor’s assessment indicate that continuing may pose a risk to the participant, instructor, or others.
✔ يحق للمدرب إيقاف أو تأجيل أو إنهاء التدريب إذا كانت الظروف الجوية أو عوامل السلامة أو تقييم المدرب تشير إلى أن الاستمرار قد يشكل خطراً على المتدرب أو المدرب أو الآخرين.

✔ Participant Responsibility | مسؤولية المتدرب

✔ Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information before participating in training.
✔ يلتزم المتدرب بتقديم معلومات شخصية وصحية صحيحة قبل المشاركة في التدريب.

✔ Participants must follow all safety instructions and use training equipment responsibly.
✔ يلتزم المتدرب باتباع جميع تعليمات السلامة واستخدام المعدات التدريبية بطريقة صحيحة.

✔ Failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, inaccurate information, or personal negligence may increase the risk of injury or damage.
✔ إن عدم الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة أو سوء استخدام المعدات أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو الإهمال الشخصي قد يزيد من احتمالية التعرض للإصابة أو الضرر.

✔ Liability Acknowledgment | إقرار المسؤولية

✔ By participating in training, the participant acknowledges the inherent risks associated with kiteboarding and voluntarily participates at their own responsibility.
✔ يقر المتدرب بالمخاطر الطبيعية المرتبطة برياضة الكايت بورد ويشارك في النشاط بإرادته وعلى مسؤوليته الشخصية.

✔ شركة كايت بورد للتعليم في مجال الرياضة غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابة أو حادث أو ضرر ناتج عن مخالفة تعليمات السلامة أو سوء استخدام المعدات أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو الإهمال الشخصي من قبل المتدرب.
✔ KiteBoard Training Company for Sports Activities is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, inaccurate information provided by the participant, or personal negligence.

✔ Medical & Fitness Declaration | الإقرار الصحي واللياقة البدنية

✔ Participants confirm that all medical information provided is accurate and that they are physically capable of participating in kiteboarding activities.
✔ يقر المتدرب بأن جميع المعلومات الصحية المقدمة صحيحة وأنه لائق بدنياً للمشاركة في أنشطة الكايت بورد.

✔ Training Equipment | المعدات التدريبية

✔ Full training equipment is provided during training sessions only and remains the property of شركة كايت بورد للتعليم في مجال الرياضة.
✔ يتم توفير معدات التدريب خلال الحصص التدريبية فقط وتبقى ملكاً لـ شركة كايت بورد للتعليم في مجال الرياضة.

✔ Scheduling & Weather Policy | سياسة المواعيد والطقس

✔ Training schedules are subject to suitable weather and safety conditions. Sessions affected by weather will be rescheduled to the next suitable available day.
✔ يتم جدولة التدريب حسب الظروف الجوية وعوامل السلامة المناسبة، ويتم إعادة جدولة الحصص المتأثرة بالطقس إلى أقرب موعد مناسب.

✔ Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the session considered used.
✔ قد تُحتسب الحصة في حال التأخر أكثر من 15 دقيقة عن الموعد المحدد.

✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being considered used.
✔ قد تُحتسب الحصة في حال الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من الموعد المحدد.

✔ Course Duration | مدة الدورة

✔ All training sessions must be completed within 3 months from the date of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔ يجب استكمال جميع الحصص خلال 3 أشهر من تاريخ أول حصة ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك كتابياً.

✔ Minors Policy | سياسة القُصّر

✔ Participants under 21 years of age require parent or legal guardian approval before participating in training.
✔ يتطلب مشاركة من هم دون 21 سنة موافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني قبل بدء التدريب.
